Shipping, Delivery, & Returns
Effusiveflowers will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day. We do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Effusiveflowers is not responsible for:
- Flowers, plants and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
- Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a Federal Express re-route requested by the sender.
- Flower and plant quality problems where delivery is delayed due to sender requiring signature upon delivery.
Sorry, same day delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
